Momentum delivered a technically complex UK store expansion for this international retail group, with responsibility for all aspects of the feasibility, design and build of the enlarged unit. The 50% upsize to circa 10,000 sqft had to be accomplished within a six-week window and could only be achieved thanks to Momentum’s integrated and agile approach. The scope of works included significant structural alterations to the concrete frame, removal of first floor slabs, reconfiguration of the vertical circulation and creation of landlord space for remote storage
