This independent American-Italian restaurant and late-night bar new to Liverpool, located on The Terrace of the Liverpool ONE retail and leisure destination. Grosvenor appointed Momentum for the design and build of the shell of its new Liverpool city centre restaurant. The project required a major reconfiguration of the interior, the creation of new openings, a new frontage, providing a new restaurant space for a third party on the upper level of 4500 sq ft and Smoke and Dough on the lower level of circa 7000 sqft.
